Comments can be captured in Pliant per transaction. There is no restriction regarding role or permission - thus, all users are able to record a comment via the web or mobile app.
The platform ensures that comments are meaningfully and completely recorded by checking a minimum (3) and a maximum (200) number of characters before saving the entry. In the accounting export, the comment is processed differently depending on the accounting system.
